The M25 clockwise was brought to a standstill after an accident near Dartford.

Six vehicles, including several cars and a lorry, are believed to have been involved in the incident, which happened between J1B and J2 for the A2 Darenth Interchange just after 4pm.

Queues are currently stretching back to J30 for Lakeside.

Emergency services were called to the scene.

A police spokesman said: "Officers are at the scene alongside the South East Coast Ambulance Service. Minor injuries have been reported."

The road has no reopened.
