Charlton v Sheffield United
Charlton look to end a run of seven games without a win when Sheffield United visit The Valley in the Championship on Saturday.
Although the Addicks only picked up one point from away trips to Plymouth and Birmingham in their last two outings, Pardew is optimistic ahead of the Blades’ clash.
He told the club's website: "Our last two performances have been very strong and we look in much better shape going into this game.
“We were let down by a couple of individual errors, but ultimately if you turn in performances like that, you'll get results.
"I know that if we keep putting those kind of performances in, it will turn. What we can't do is lose faith and then we will get our reward."
New loan signing Marytn Waghorn could make his debut in attack alongside Andy Gray.
Therry Racon and Jonathan Fortune both played for the reserves against Crystal Palace in midweek, but will not be ready for the game. Zheng Zhi is still sidelined with a foot injury.
