Motorists are facing delays this morning due to an accident in the Dartford Tunnel.

The west tunnel at the Dartford Crossing on the M25 northbound was closed earlier today due a road traffic collision.

The tunnel has now reopened but drivers are being warned to take care on approach.

Emergency services were at the scene but no injuries have been reported.

Traffic is tailing back along the motorway and there may still be some delays.
