A 41-year-old man has appeared in court charged with managing a brothel in Dartford.

Prosecutors say Mario Nicolae ran a brothel at Downs Avenue, Dartford, between April 1 2017 and September 19 2018, but Nicolae pleaded not guilty to the offence when he appeared at Medway Magistrates Court earlier today.

The case was sent to Maidstone Crown Court, where Nicolae - of West Hendon, London - will next appear on Wednesday February 13.
