A PENSIONER has died in hospital after being struck by a car as he crossed the road.

Dennis Green, 81, of Lonsdale Crescent, Dartford, was in collision with a Ford Focus, in Lunedale Road, Dartford on Thursday, June 26, at about 9.40am.

The driver of the vehicle is believed to have been from Chatham.
