A motorcyclist died this morning after a collision in Crayford.

The accident occurred in Crayford Way at the junction with Mill Place at about 6.30am.

The biker, who has not been named, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Metropolitan Police were at the scene and roads were closed. A rapid response road team from the London Air Ambulance also attended.

It is not yet known whether any other vehicles were involved.
