Appeal for witnesses to serious crash on the A2 near Bexley and Dartford Heath

A biker remains in a serious condition in hospital almost three weeks after a crash on the A2.

Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward following an incident involving a blue Nissan Qashqai and a black Honda XL-125 motorcycle, on the coastbound carriageway near Dartford Heath .

The motorcyclist, a man in his 20s, was treated at the scene just before the junction to the M25, and taken to Kings College Hospital on July 28.

He has remains in a serious but stable condition in hospital.

Investigators have spoken to a number of witnesses but would like to hear from anyone who may have information but has not yet spoken to police.

Drivers who may have dashcam footage are being asked in particular to get in contact.
