Two people taken to hospital after car crashes into home in Goldsel Road, Swanley

Two people have been taken to hospital after a car crashed into the front of a home and through its front window.
The collision took place in Goldsel Road, Swanley, at around 3pm, prompting a response from emergency services.
Police say they were called to a crash involving two cars.
One of the vehicles is also reported to have struck a building and officers attended the scene along with paramedics and fire crews.
Two people were taken to a local hospital for treatment to injuries that are not described as life threatening.
A man in his 30s was arrested in connection with the incident.
Kent Police said: “We were called at 3.07pm to a collision involving two cars in Goldsel Road, Swanley.”
“One of the vehicles had struck a building and officers attended the scene along with paramedics and fire crews.
“Two people were taken to hospital for treatment to injuries that were not described as life threatening. A man in his 30s was arrested in connection with the incident.
The road was closed for around three hours and Wested Lane was at a standstill.
One witness described the sound of the crash – which involved two vehicles – as “so loud”.
A Kent Fire and Rescue spokesperson said: “KFRS was called to reports of a car crash involving two vehicles, where one collided with a building.”
“On arrival, the people involved were out of the vehicles and in the care of SECAmb paramedics.
“The KFRS Technical Rescue team attended the incident to make sure the building was structurally stable, before passing the duty of care to Kent Police.”
SECAmb said: “Crews assessed and treated three patients at the scene, before conveying two to the Princess Royal University Hospital in Farnborough for further medical care and discharging the third patient at the scene.”
