Two backpacks stolen from car in Dartford

Thieves have been caught on camera breaking into a parked car and stealing two backpacks.

The theft was caught on video and shows a man dressed in dark clothing open the boot of a vehicle parked in Stones Avenue, Dartford.

The bags were reported to contain clothing and items used to care for a young child, like bottles.

The incident occurred on Saturday, October 30 at 3am.

Police are appealing for anyone who recognises the man in the video to call police on 01474 366149 quoting 46/219611/21.
