This is the moment a 'crazy driver' undertook a lorry on the hard shoulder of the M25 at speeds of 100mph or more.

Dartford taxi driver Justin Scrutton caught the shocking moment on his dash cam as he was bringing a client back from Heathrow Airport.

It happened at around 7.40am yesterday near Junction 4 for Orpington.

Mr Scrutton, who owns taxi company Justin Time Travel, says it's lucky nobody was killed.

He said: "I was in complete shock at it, it completely took me by surprise, it was crazy. I've driven around 1.5 million miles in my life and never seen anything like that.

"I want the police to see it because this is going to kill someone if it happens again."

The footage shows a blue car whiz up the hard shoulder past a lorry and swerve into lane one.

Mr Scrutton claimed the car was doing around 100mph, if not more.

He added: "The lorry was doing 56mph maximum and I was overtaking it, doing 70mph, so they must have been going at least 100mph or higher."

Police have been contacted for further information.
