Charlton Athletic manager Chris Powell has made his first signings of the summer by capturing two midfield players.

Danny Hollands has moved to The Valley from AFC Bournemouth on a three-year contract and Powell has also acquired Bradley Pritchard from non-league Hayes & Yeading United on a 12-month deal, with the option of a further 12 months.

The 25-year-old Hollands scored 28 goals in 219 appearances for Bournemouth, including a deflected strike against the Addicks in a 2-2 draw at Dean Court in March.

Powell (pictured) said: "I'm really happy that Danny has agreed to join us because he's a player I have long admired. He knows the League 1 level, has got plenty of experience and scores a few goals from midfield."

Zimbabwe-born Pritchard, who is also 25, impressed Powell during a trial at The Valley towards the end of the season and said: "To be associated with Charlton Athletic is incredible. It's a fantastic opportunity for me and one I want to take."
