Darts skipper Elliot Bradbrook rises highest against Bromley.

Dartford kept up the heat on Blue Square Bet South leaders Woking after cruising to a 6-0 win over basement-boys Thurrock at Princes Park on Saturday.

Skipper Elliot Bradbrook (pictured) and Danny Harris scored two apiece for the Darts, who have an 11-point cushion over the play-off chasing pack, having played a game fewer, after five straight league wins.

Bradbrook struck the opener on his 27th birthday when he bundled in a corner from Jon Wallis on 11 minutes.

Lee Burns saw a shot saved by Craig Holloway before the points were all but secured by two goals in the space of four minutes around the half-hour.

Danny Harris made it 2-0 with a 20-yard blast into the top corner on 30 minutes and moments later Matt Jones and Harris combined to tee-up James Rogers to add the third.

Tom Bonner kept the visitors out with a block at the other end while Harris went close to his second, only to be denied by Holloway.

The second-half was largely uneventful, with Harris clipping the post with a rare opportunity but 20 minutes from time Burns lashed in the fourth after turning in the box.

Ryan Hayes, on his 300th darts appearance, teed-up Tony Garrod to turn in the fifth from close range five minutes later and it was 6-0 another two minutes later when Bradbrook was given time and space to fire home his second and Dartford's 21st goal in their last five games.

Darts are 11 points adrift of Woking but do have two games in hand.
