Dartford manager Tony Burman is heading back into the transfer market.

Harry Crawford’s loan spell at Princes Park came to an end after League 2 Barnet recalled him.

Injuries at Underhill meant the Bees were keen to have their striker back, having signed him on a three-year deal from Dartford in January.

Crawford (pictured) joined up with Edgar Davids to pursue his professional career but the subsequent arrival of fellow strikers Craig Beattie and Dani Lopez pushed him down the pecking order.

That heralded his temporary return to Dartford and a run of four games in the FA Trophy and Blue Square Bet Premier.

But he missed Saturday’s win over Wrexham with a hamstring injury.

Dartford manager Tony Burman said: ""If Barnet didn’t have the injury problems they’ve got, Harry would be staying. It’s just one of those things.

"I’d like to bring in another forward and I’m speaking to someone at the moment."
