Delays after crash on M25 at Dartford Tunnel

Drivers are suffering delays following a crash on the M25 at the Dartford Tunnel.
The accident is reported to have happened just before 9am on the anticlockwise carriageway between the Swanscombe junction and Lakeside junction, just after the tunnel exit.
