All lanes have been reopened on the M25 at Dartford this evening following an earlier multi-vehicle accident.

A car, lorry and a van crashed J1B for Dartford and J2 for Darenth Interchange just after 4pm.

A Kent Police spokesman said officers and paramedics from Secamb attended the scene and two people received minor injuries. They have been taken to a nearby hospital.

The vehicles involved were moved onto the hard shoulder for recovery. Traffic is moving but there are queues going back across the Dartford Crossing to J29 for Romford in Essex.
