Delays on Dartford Crossing after M25 crash

Drivers have been warned of delays on the Dartford Crossing after a crash on the M25.
One lane is blocked and traffic is queuing to junction 30 (Lakeside/Tilbury).
It is not yet known if anyone is injured.
