A family is appealing for information after three of their puppies were stolen.
The trio of Dobermans were stolen from a property in Hart Dyke Road, Swanley, between 7pm on Friday, 28 October and 8.40am on Saturday, 29 October, 2022.
Owner Peter Maginn admitted the theft of his nine-week-old dogs has devastated the family.
"It's like losing a child," he explained.
"They came in through the overgrow of our neighbours garden and broke the fence to get to them.
"They took three of them and left one behind.
"I've lived here for 18 years and never had a problem - someone has taken a liberty."
Mr Maginn is offering a £1,000 rewards for anyone who can give him the name of the person, or people, who took his beloved dogs.
He is contactable on 07523736406.
Investigating officer, PC Adam Gamage, said: "We are appealing for witnesses who may have seen anybody acting suspiciously in the area at the time the dogs went missing.
"I would also urge anybody who is offered a Doberman puppy that looks similar to those in the photographs to contact the appeal line.’
Anybody with information that may assist the investigation is urged to call 01634 792209, quoting crime reference 46/209192/22.
