DRIVERS have been warned to expect long delays near Brands Hatch during the visit of a major golf tournament.

Kent Police has advised there are likely to be queues around the London Golf Club, in Ash, while the European Open takes place.

The tournament is to finish on Sunday.

Anyone who is attending the tournament is asked to listen to local traffic bulletins and ensure they are prepared before setting out on their journey.

Public transport to the area is also available.
