A drugs factory containing 30 cannabis plants with a street value of up to £12,000 has been raided after a tip-off.
Officers gained entry to a house in Alamein Gardens, Stone, after some information was passed to Dartford council’s housing association.
They found a bedroom being used as a hydroponics factory, containing 30 cannabis plants with an estimated street value of approximately £10-12,000.
Dartford district commander, Chief Inspector Roscoe Walford, said: "This was an excellent piece of joint work with our officers and council representatives.
"We have removed a substantial amount of drugs which will have undoubtedly ended up on the streets of Dartford."
The house was raided on Monday, June 25. No arrests have been made so far.
Police are urging anyone who believes there is illegal drug activity in their neighbourhood to contact them.
Signs of possible illegal drugs activity include windows being permanently covered from the inside, visitors at unusual times and for short periods, lots of black bags being removed, a pungent smell coming from the property.
