People are free to open their windows and doors again after a gas leak in Dartford was resolved.

Emergency services and engineers were called to the Puddledock Lane and Birchwood Road area at 9.50am this morning.

The incident was resolved by 12.30pm.

Drivers had been advised to avoid the area and use alternative routes.
