Teenager arrested after woman stabbed with bottle outside Co-op in Oldfield Place, Langley Square, Dartford

A teenage girl has been arrested after a woman suffered stab wounds during an assault with a bottle outside a Co-op supermarket.

The incident, which involved several people, took place in Oldfield Place, at the Langley Square development in Dartford, between 7.10pm and 7.30pm on Sunday (May 19).

The victim, a woman in her 30s, was taken to hospital but has since been discharged following treatment for her injuries.

Officers arrested a 16-year-old girl, who is from Gravesend, on suspicion of assault and she was taken into custody before being bailed pending further investigation.

Police are urging witnesses who have not yet spoken to the police to contact them, and would like to hear from anyone with mobile phone, private CCTV or dashcam footage.
