Family pay tribute to John McMahon, from Erith, who died on A225 Shoreham Road, near Eynsford

The family of a man who died following a four-car crash have paid tribute to a man 'who lit up the lives of all who met him.’
John McMahon was driving a gold Citroen Saxo on the A225 Shoreham Road near Eynsford when he was involved in a collision with three other cars at 7.07am on Thursday, November 16.
Officers attended the scene with ambulance crews where Mr McMahon, who was 52 and from the Erith area, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Today, his family said in a statement: “It is with deep sadness that John has tragically passed away and left a much loved and devastated wife, son and family behind.
“He was a happy, hard-working, fun-loving family man who lit up the lives of all who met him.
“John has left a huge void in everyone’s hearts, which can never be filled. He will be sorely missed by all.”
A silver Honda, a grey Toyota Hi-Lux and a blue Vauxhall Corsa were also involved.
A man in his 30s, from the London area, remains in a London hospital with injuries described as serious.
Police would like to speak any witnesses who have not yet been in touch and who may have seen the vehicles immediately before or during the collision.
