Drivers are being warned of 60-minute delays after a three-car collision.

It is reported that one lane was closed after the accident on the M25 QE2 Bridge clockwise from J31 A1306 (Lakeside/Purfleet) to J1a A206 Dartford.

On X, National Highways says all lanes are now open and that “residual delays” of 60 minutes should clear up.

Earlier, the company said its traffic officers were on scene and the police were on route.

There are reports of four miles of congestion on the approach and drivers are being asked to allow extra journey time.

The police have been contacted for more information.
