There are long delays on the M25 this evening.

Queues of more than one hour are reported anti-clockwise at the Dartford Tunnel.

There is congestion back to Junction 4 for Orpington.

It is not clear if anything in particular is causing the delays and no accidents have been reported.

As of 7.30pm, delays were estimated to be around 35 minutes.

Kent Police said there was no report of any incident.

Highways England has been approached for more information.
