Three lanes of the A2 are closed following a crash involving four vehicles.

The London bound carriageway is closed between Ebbsfleet and Bean while emergency services and officers deal with the incident.

Police say they were called at 9.41am to a report of a collision involving three cars and one lorry near to the slip road for Bluewater.

No serious injuries are believed to have been reported at this time.

There are long delays in the area and Highways England has asked drivers to be careful on the approach.

Drivers are also facing delays on the A229 after two cars were invovled in a crash just before Lord lees roundabout.
