The vehicle broke down near junction 1a on the M25 for the Dartford Crossing, causing congestion to junction 3 for the Swanley Interchange.

It is understood one of the tunnels was temporarily closed.

There are also 40-minute delays on the A2 near Bluewater Shopping Centre.
