A woman was reportedly sexually assaulted after a man blocked the road she was driving on with his van.

The victim was driving her car in Green Street Green Road at around 8am yesterday when the 26-year-old man blocked the road, after which there was an "altercation" between the two in which she was sexually assaulted.

A man, from Belvedere, has been arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and remains in custody, with officers now appealing for witnesses.
