A Kent man has been charged with the murder of a 23-year-old.

Solomon Bamidele, 25, from Sutton-at-Hone, was arrested in Essex on Sunday in connection with the killing of Damilola Oloruntola..

He died after suffering fatal stab injuries in Woolwich the previous Wednesday

Solomon was subsequently charged with murder and possession of an offensive weapon.

A 25-year-old woman was arrested at the same address on suspicion of assisting an offender, and was taken into custody.

She was later released on bail pending further enquiries.
