Dartford man Daniel Waller jailed after attempting to rape woman in Bradford home after Leeds night out

A man has been jailed after attempting to rape a woman in her home following a night out.

Daniel Waller, of William Mundy Way, Dartford, was sent to prison for four years after the attack in Bradford.

Waller was on a night out in Leeds when he followed her home, a hearing at Bradford Crown Court was told.

The 23-year-old admitted two counts of attempted rape, one count of sexual assault and two further charges of assaulting a police officer.

He was sentenced at Bradford Crown Court on June 15 and was also told he will be on the sex offenders register for life.
