Police investigate assault in Pilgrims Way, Dartford

A man was taunted by a teenage gang who then punched him and threw a brick at him.
The victim, in his 20s, said he was walking from Watling Street, Dartford, when a group of people began to verbally abuse him.
He tried to ignore them but they continued to taunt him and when he reached Pilgrims Way, one of the group punched him in the face.
A brick was also thrown at the victim, although it did not hit him, before some people intervened and the group ran away.
The suspects are described as all being aged between 14 to 18, all around 5ft 7ins and all of slim build.
It happened at 6.15pm on February 2.
Police Constable Alan Atherton-Jackson, said: “This was a frightening incident for the victim, who suffered a split lip.
“We are following a number of lines of inquiry but I would ask anybody with information to call me on 07964133557, quoting crime reference number XY/003907/15.
