The team behind London Paramount say they are "encouraged" by support for the scheme after feedback from a series of public meetings.
Developers hope to submit a planning application for the £2 billion entertainment resort at the Swanscombe Peninsula in the next few months.
And the team behind the project say they have been boosted by feedback after releasing results from a series of 12 consultations, attended by more than 2,000 people.
Of the 786 feedback forms received, 82% of respondents say they approve the draft masterplan while 63% support proposed transport schemes.
In addition, 75% of responses also backed plans to protect local ecology.
The theme park proved to be the most eagerly anticipated visitor attraction with 61% of respondents saying it was what they were interested in.
It was followed by restaurants and bars (51%), cinema and comedy venue (45%), theatre (44%) and water park (41%).
Fenlon Dunphy, on behalf of London Paramount, said: "To receive such positive feedback at this stage in the design process is hugely encouraging and demonstrates the real enthusiasm people are showing.
"While a majority approve of the draft masterplan, emerging transport proposals and plans to protect the local ecology and environment we know there is much more to discuss in the next several months prior to the submission of our planning application."
Workshops are set to take place in spring for further discussions about the proposals.
If successful. developers hope London Paramount will open in 2020.
