Pet stolen from garden in Sutton-at-Hone

A family have been left devastated after their dog was snatched from the back garden in Sutton-at-Hone.

Benny, a three-year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier, was taken from an address in Tallents Close between 10pm on Tuesday and 6am yesterday.

Police have appealed for Benny's return and said his owners are extremely upset.

PC Tony Quilter, who is investigating, said: "This has been extremely distressing for the family, and I would urge anyone who knows anything about the whereabouts of Benny to get in touch."
