Audi A5 stolen from car park in Temple Hill Square, Dartford by man claiming to want to buy it

A car thief drove away in an Audi A5 after pretending he wanted to buy it and sitting in the driver's seat.

Police say the car had been advertised for sale, when it was stolen from a car park in Temple Hill Square, Dartford, on October 3.

The theft is alleged to have taken place at around 8pm when the suspect drove away in the vehicle after asking to check its condition.

Anyone with information is asked to call Kent Police on 01474 366 149, quoting reference 46/190800/19.
