Long delays caused by an accident on the anticlockwise M25 have now cleared.

The collision, involving a motorbike and a van, happened at around 6.10am.

The west (left) tunnel was closed as a result, but reopened just after 7am.

The closure caused lengthy delays until around 9am, with queues stretching between junction 1a for Swanscombe and junction 3 for the M20 and A20.

The road is now clear.
