Smoke billowed across a major road this morning as firefighters attended a blaze.

Signs on the A2 south-bound at the Bean and Bluewater junction in Dartford warned drivers of poor visibility as crews raced to a caravan site in Darenth Wood Road, Darenth just after 8am.
