Tony Burman wants Dartford players to show disappointment

Tony Burman demanded his players show their disappointment after failing to make it four Blue Square Bet South wins in a row against Dover at Crabble on Tuesday.
The Dartford boss (pictured) saw his team twice take the lead in the first and last minutes of the first half, through Charlie Sheringham and Elliot Bradbrook, only to be pegged back twice.
Burman said: "I am pleased we got something from the game but we were the better side and with the chances we created, I’m disappointed we didn’t get all three points.
"I asked the players afterwards in the dressing room to be disappointed because we had opportunities to put the game to bed and didn’t take them.
"I can’t be too critical of the boys, though, because they have scored 10 goals in four games and our approach play and creative work was excellent."
Despite Darts’ good start, games against Chelmsford on Saturday and another Kent derby, this time at home to Bromley on Monday, mean there is no time for Burman to dwell.
He said: "It’s a good start but there is a long way to go. The first two weeks is a difficult period with six matches in 16 days but results mean we are bringing a bit of confidence into our game."
