An appeal has been launched after a woman in her thirties was reportedly mugged by two men in an alleyway.
The incident happened at around 8pm on Wednesday along a path leading from Porchester Close in Hartley.
It is alleged two men assaulted the woman in her 30s and stole a quantity of cash as she walked into the alleyway.
The men are described as being around 6ft and wearing tops with the hoods up.
An appeal has been issued by officers investigating to trace witnesses to the incident.
Investigating officer, PC Abbie Brookes, said: "This type of offence is not common in this area and we are appealing for witnesses who saw two men acting suspiciously in the vicinity of Porchester Close, to contact us."
