Firefighters are at the scene of a farm near Dartford where 100 hay bales are ablaze.

It broke out at Speedgate Farm in Fawkham, Longfield, at around 7.05pm.

A fire service spokesman said a crew was monitoring the situation.

"The fire, which doesn't pose a hazard to the surrounding area, will be left to burn out, with crews checking on the fire intermittently," he said.
