Police were called after a man was threatened with a machete in a Dartford street.

Officers were called to Wodehouse Road, Dartford, at around 12.30pm yesterday, after a man reported he had been threatened in the street by two other men.

Two people matching the description of the suspects were located nearby.

A car was searched Officers found a quantity of drugs and located a machete nearby.

The men, aged 37 and 22, were arrested and have since been released pending further inquiries.
