Charlton's biggest home crowd of the season is expected at The Valley on Saturday to watch the relegation showdown with fellow strugglers Nottingham Forest.
The match will be new manager Billy Davies's first in charge and Forest fans, buoyed by last weekend's 3-0 beating of Manchester City in the FA Cup third round, have responded by snapping up 2,300 of their 3,000 ticket allocation which is expected to sell-out.
Forest, one position above the relegation zone, are three places and five points better off than the Addicks.
That gap would be reduced to just two points if Charlton can end their 17-match winless run.
Defender Graeme Murty, signed this week on loan from Reading, is expected to make his Charlton debut.
Seats for the visit of Forest are on general sale priced at £15 adults, £15 over 60s and under-21s and £10 under-18s.
Fans can book on the £6 a head Valley Express coach service from more than 70 pick-up points across Kent.
