Dartford's clash with Grimsby on Saturday sees Blue Square Bet Premier's two in-form teams come head-to-head.
September saw Dartford pick up 16 points from a possible 21 while Grimsby achieved just one less but remained unbeaten.
It was a run of form that earned Darts boss Tony Burman the manager-of-the-month award.
He said: "It's nice for me but it's nice for the management team as well. It is awarded to one person but there are a lot of people that help behind the scenes and have done well.
"A lot of hard work has gone on and it's no fluke we've got to where we are.
"We lost a few games in August where we deserved a lot more but all of a sudden we've become consistent."
Keeper Louis Wells is close to being fully fit and was on the bench at the weekend but Adam Green is not going to make it.
