Three fire engines were needed to tackle a blaze at a bungalow.

Fire crews used breathing apparatus to enter the building and tackle the blaze in Idleigh Court Road, New Ash Green yesterday (Wednesday).

Fire fighters used two hose reel jets and a main jet put out the fire at 1.25pm yesterday.

They only left the scene at 4.10pm.

The cause of the fire is not yet known.
