A large amount of cannabis has been uncovered following arrests made near the Dartford Crossing.
Police stopped a white van travelling near the bridge at around 12.30am on Friday.
Officers carried out searches of the vehicle and uncovered a large bag of what is believed to be cannabis.
A 27-year-old man from London and two men aged 29 and 68 from Essex, were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply.
According to police further searches of a property then led officers to discover 45 cannabis plants being grown inside a house in Essex.
All three men have been released while officers carry out further enquiries.
