Cars damaged in three-vehicle crash in Dartford Road, Dartford

Emergency services were called to the scene of a three-car crash on a main road – with one vehicle smashing into a brick wall.

It happened in Dartford Road in Dartford at around 5.30pm, near to the Britannia Grill kebab shop.

One witness, who was inside the takeaway at the time, said they heard a “big bang” before walking outside and seeing the aftermath of the crash.

A video obtained by KentOnline shows one car with a smashed front after hitting a brick wall.

Two more cars are seen on the opposite side of the road, both of which are damaged.

Another witness who drove past the scene said: “There’s a police car blocking the road and the front garden wall of a house has been knocked down.

“One of the car’s airbags had gone off as well.”

Two police cars and two ambulances were at the scene, partially blocking off the road.

The 96 and 428 buses were redirected.
