Car seized after police respond to disturbance in Charles Street, Greenhithe

A car has been seized following reports of a disturbance involving an uninsured driver.

Officers were called to reports of anti-social driving in Charles Street, Greenhithe.

On arrival they searched five people and, following the reported discovery of a small amount of cannabis, two were issued with warnings.

A man from Greenhithe was also issued with a traffic offence report for driving without a licence or insurance.

The vehicle he is reported to have been driving was also seized. The incident happened at 4.25pm on Monday.

A traffic offence report will be prepared by case workers to determine an appropriate course of action.
