CCTV images have been released by police in connection with a town centre attack.

A man was punched in the face by a stranger while he was waiting for a taxi in Dartford's Spital Street at approximately 2.05am on Sunday, March 13.

The images show a man officers would like to speak to. He was reportedly inside a nearby taxi office in the 10 minutes leading up to the assault.

He is described as white and about 6ft 1ins with light brown hair. He was wearing a light-coloured shirt and jeans.

No serious injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
