Charlton fought back from a goal down to cruise into the southern area quarter-finals of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy on Tuesday night with a 4-1 win against Barnet.
After the League 2 side took a shock 12th-minute lead at The Valley following some suspect Athletic defending, Izale McLeod fired in a shot which was deflected into the net to level the scores within three minutes.
Addicks teenage striker Tamer Tuna produced a fine finish on his full debut to give Charlton the lead five minutes before the break after good work from Therry Racon.
In the final 15 minutes Nicky Bailey (pictured) scored against his former club to make the game safe and Scott Wagstaff added a fourth to delight the majority of the crowd of 4,500.
The convincing win which puts the Addicks in Saturday's draw for the southern last eight, with ties taking place on November 10 or 11.
