Chris Powell put the finishing touches to his Charlton backroom team by installing Alex Dyer as his number two.
Dyer, a former Addicks player, left his role as West Ham reserve team manager to take up the new position.
He played 85 games for Charlton during a playing career that took in ten clubs.
Damian Matthew, who has been working as the club’s development coach, has been named as first team coach and Keith Peacock will take the role of techincal director.
“That’s the coaching team done now,” said Powell (pictured).
“I’m delighted with the team we’ve got in place. We’re going to be working together very closely and we can’t wait to start to get this club moving in the right direction again.”
A busy period at Charlton also saw them move for Argentian full-back Federico Bessone.
The 27-year-old left-back arrives on loan from Leeds, having previously played for Barcelona and Espanyol B teams, as well as Gimnastic and Swansea City.
“The move is good for me,” he said. “I started playing for Leeds but had some problems there. Now I have a good chance to play here.
“Charlton is a very good club and a very good squad and I want to try my best, enjoy every game and try to help the club do well.”
Leaving the club on Monday night was striker Akpo Sodje who has joined Scottish side Hibernian on a free transfer.
