BROMLEY Cricket Club are looking forward to welcoming some of the game’s biggest names at Plaistow Lane on Wednesday, August 10.

A Lashings XI, which could include the likes of Richie Richardson, Viv Richards, Courtney Walsh, Mark Waugh and Phil Tufnell, are the guests. The game will start at 2pm.

Bromley captain Grant Sheen said: “This will be the fourth year we have played them and again we do not really expect to win, but it’s brilliant to play against them.”
