A college has paid tribute to one of their students after they died last week.
Jordan Dawes, 18, from Swanley, passed away on Friday following a battle with liver cancer.
North Kent College have said she was "incredibly brave, determined and cared deeply about her teammates."
Principal David Gleed said: "Jordan possessed a wicked sense of humour and was an influential member in all aspects of her life in and out of North Kent College.
"Jordan was admired by her team mates and the opposition and was often identified as a primary reason behind her team’s success.
"Her loss will be felt greatly by all the teams she represented.
"We couldn't have asked for a more wonderful young lady by our side at college and cherish the memories." - North Kent College's David Gleed
"Jordan joined the College in 2017 and demonstrated the attributes of an outstanding student and a wonderful human being.
"She was a distinction level learner. Although football remained Jordan’s focal point, she was a talented allrounder; capable of turning her hand to almost any sport, she was dynamic and possessed a “can do” attitude which was inspirational to those around her.
"We couldn't have asked for a more wonderful young lady by our side at college and cherish the memories.
"Our thoughts are with Jordan’s family at this most difficult time."
Other tributes paid to the 18-year-old included her team Kent Football United renaming their women's development centre after her and Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea tweeting his condolences after hearing of her passing.
